These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Chrome Ritual website and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
Orders and Payments
By placing an order through our website, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud detection systems.
All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other payment method used in connection with any purchase.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to ship all orders within 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@chromeritual.com with your order number.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Chrome Ritual or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Chrome Ritual shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
